This seminar is designed to look at general leadership, whether of a pastor,parent, coach or businessman. Most of the time we will not be leading a company of sons. Those under us will be all along spectrum from having a defiant spirit of slavery to having made a good start toward a spirit of sonship. There is no silver bullet, but there are parameters that can help a son lead a group, while growing the individuals in the group.
